Bodies Event is an event décor and management business. The brand focuses on bringing high quality décor and rental services at an affordable rate compared to its competitors in order to bring a wider range of consumers value to their budget as well as peace of mind by providing services in most things relating to event planning such as printing services, photography, 360 video booth, throne chairs and more.

Behind the scenes
First, I started with research and concepts to create and establish the brand's look and feel. Then I created the logo using adobe illustrator and defined the colors and typography. After that, I started creating designs that would be used in the layout of the website. I used Photoshop and Figma to design and prototype the website. It was the best way to share the user experience of the site. After prototyping, I then developed the website using WordPress. The hardest part of this grand project was creating the backend to receive bookings as well as automating the booking process utilizing code and free tools. To solve this, I used google tools. Wrote a code retrieve, populate and send info using Google App Script, connecting Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. I created the request form using google forms which then gets sent to google sheets where it's organized and automagically priced based on each request. These details then get aggregated in the templated invoice I created in Google Docs, then it converts the invoice to a pdf which then gets emailed to the client with a link for payment. After accomplishing this, I then integrated the form into the website where clients can then book their requests.
